About the event
Dr. Wanita Mercer's CORE Analysis Model is a strategic tool designed to help leaders identify and leverage their strengths and opportunities in creative problem-solving, while addressing challenges and mitigating risks. CORE stands for Capabilities, Opportunities, Roadblocks, and Execution. This model allows leaders to systematically evaluate and enhance their creative problem-solving abilities and the environment in which they operate.
By attending our CORE Analysis Workshop, you will:
