The State of Texas Government Code Ann. § 406.024 sets out the maximum fees a Notary Public may charge for notary public services. The table below list each notarial act and the state fee.
Dr. Wanita Mercer is not an attorney or a law office; she is not licensed to practice law in Texas and may not give legal advice or accept fees for legal advice. Under the Texas Admin. Code 87.43, A Notary Public is prohibited by law to act in the capacity of an attorney, give advice in preparing legal documents, issue identification cards, distribute confidential information or perform any notatarial act unless the signer is present.

WHAT'S AN APPROPRIATE FORM OF ID?

An acceptable form of ID must contain a signature, physical description, photo, and an expiration date.
DO YOU OFFER MOBILE SERVICE?
Yes. I will come to you for an additional fee. There may also be a fee for your location type. See Fee Schedule for more information.
DO YOU REQUIRE THAT I WEAR A MASK?
Yes. I require that you wear a mask and practice social distancing throughout the appointment. I will do the same. Your safety and health is important to me.
CAN YOU NOTARIZE A DOCUMENT FOR ME EVEN IF I DO NOT LIVE IN BEXAR COUNTY?
Well, yes and no. My customers must appear to me in person AND be a resident of Texas. So, it's OK if you do not live in Bexar county or if I am in your Texas county at the time of the notarial act.
