About the Partnership Call Lead My Heart (LMH) offers a free 15-minute partnership call for leaders who are interested in learning more about the services that we offer. This call is an opportunity for potential clients to ask questions and get to know LMH's coaching approach, philosophy, and values. During the call, we will also discuss your specific needs and goals, and determine if our coaching and/or consulting services are the right fit for you. Whether you're interested in executive coaching, team coaching, or motivational/instructional speaking services, our is dedicated to helping you achieve your goals and live a fulfilling life. An executive or high potential leader is someone who holds a senior leadership position within an organization, or who has been identified as having the potential to hold such a position in the future. These individuals typically have a significant amount of responsibility and influence within their organizations, and are expected to make strategic decisions that have a major impact on the success of the organization. They may also be responsible for managing teams of people and ensuring that organizational goals are achieved. Examples of these roles include but aren't limited to: CEO or President of a company Vice President or Director of a department within a company Manager of a large team or department Pastor or member of the leadership team at a church Entrepreneur or small business owner Executive Director of a non-profit organization Board member or trustee of an organization High-potential employee identified for leadership development Senior government official or political leader Military officer in a high-ranking position Educational administrator at the district or higher level What happens after the call? After the 15-min partnership call with LMH, be assured that there is no obligation to book. If the potential client decides to move forward with LMH's coaching or consulting services, next steps for booking and scheduling sessions will be provided. The partnership call is simply a way for potential clients to learn more about LMH's services and determine if they are the right fit for their needs.

Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions for Lead My Heart Executive Coaching Services: By engaging in any of Lead My Heart’s executive coaching services, including 1:1 coaching, executive team coaching, workshops, and online events, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions: Payment: All paid services are non-refundable. Payment must be made in full prior to the start of any coaching session or event. Rescheduling: With notice, services may be rescheduled. However, please note that rescheduling is subject to Lead My Heart’s availability and may result in delays. Any requests for rescheduling must be made in writing via email to contact@leadmyheart.com at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session or event. No-shows: If you fail to show up for a scheduled coaching session or event, you will forfeit that session or event unless otherwise stated in the registration for individual events. You may be charged $30 to reschedule your meeting or partnership call if you no-show without previous notice. Code of Conduct: All clients must conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner during coaching sessions and events. Any discriminatory, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate behavior towards the coach or other clients will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services. Confidentiality: All coaching sessions and events are confidential. Any information shared during coaching sessions or events will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties without the client’s consent, except as required by law. Limited Liability: Lead My Heart and its coaches are not responsible for any decisions made or actions taken by clients as a result of coaching sessions or events. Clients are responsible for their own actions and decisions. Lead My Heart and its coaches shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from the coaching services provided. By engaging in any of Lead My Heart’s executive coaching services, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these terms and conditions.
