Lead My Heart takes a different approach to executive coaching because we believe that leadership is a divine appointment and assignment from God. We focus on the "heart" of the leader, as opposed to just their skills and abilities. This means that our coaching focuses not only on the practical and technical aspects of leadership, but also on the emotional, spiritual, and mental wellbeing of the leader.
This holistic approach is designed to help leaders achieve their goals and improve their performance, and to find meaning, purpose, and fulfillment in their work.
