This short audit is designed to help you identify where your leadership, strategy, or systems may be misaligned. Your answers will reveal opportunities to refocus, recharge, and realign your leadership around purpose, passion, and power.
Instructions
Rate your level of clarity for each question on a scale of 1 (Not Clear) to 5 (Crystal Clear). Be honest — this is where real growth begins.
The 7 Questions
Purpose Clarity: Can you articulate your organization’s “why” in one sentence that inspires action?
Vision Alignment: Do your daily operations reflect the long-term vision you claim to pursue?
Team Empowerment: Does every member of your team know how their work connects to the mission?
Strategic Focus: Do you spend the majority of your time on what truly drives growth and impact?
Communication Consistency: Are your internal and external messages aligned — across meetings, marketing, and mission?
Decision Confidence: Do you make key decisions from a place of clarity and conviction, not reaction or fear?
Personal Sustainability: Are you leading from overflow — mentally, emotionally, and spiritually — or from exhaustion?

30–35 | Aligned Leader – You’re leading with focus and purpose. Keep refining and scaling with intention. |
20–29 | Evolving Leader – You’re doing well but need renewed clarity to grow sustainably. |
Below 20 | Misaligned Leader – You’re operating on vision fragments. It’s time for realignment and strategy. |
