During the EmCo session, Dr. Mercer will provide personalized guidance and support to help clients navigate their current situation. She will listen attentively to the client's concerns and provide practical advice on how to move forward. The session is designed to be fast-paced, focused, and actionable, with the objective of providing the client with immediate assistance. The EmCo session is ideal for clients who need quick access to expert advice and support in times of urgent need. This may include situations such as: ~Facing job loss or unexpected career transition ~Dealing with a difficult colleague or manager ~Feeling overwhelmed or burned out at work ~Navigating a challenging project or assignment ~Any other urgent professional matter By the end of the session, clients will leave with sound advice and a better understanding of their options for moving forward. The EmCo session is designed to provide clients with the support they need in times of crisis, and to help them feel more confident and in control of their personal and professional lives. The cost of our Emergency Consultation (EmCo) session is $45. This is a small investment that can have a big impact on your day. Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions for Lead My Heart Executive Coaching Services: By engaging in any of Lead My Heart’s executive coaching services, including 1:1 coaching, executive team coaching, workshops, and online events, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions: Payment: All paid services are non-refundable. Payment must be made in full prior to the start of any coaching session or event. Rescheduling: With notice, services may be rescheduled. However, please note that rescheduling is subject to Lead My Heart’s availability and may result in delays. Any requests for rescheduling must be made in writing via email to at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session or event. No-shows: If you fail to show up for a scheduled coaching session or event, you will forfeit that session or event unless otherwise stated in the registration for individual events. You may be charged $30 to reschedule your meeting or partnership call if you no-show without previous notice. Code of Conduct: All clients must conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner during coaching sessions and events. Any discriminatory, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate behavior towards the coach or other clients will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services. Confidentiality: All coaching sessions and events are confidential. Any information shared during coaching sessions or events will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties without the client’s consent, except as required by law. Limited Liability: Lead My Heart and its coaches are not responsible for any decisions made or actions taken by clients as a result of coaching sessions or events. Clients are responsible for their own actions and decisions. Lead My Heart and its coaches shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from the coaching services provided. By engaging in any of Lead My Heart’s executive coaching services, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these terms and conditions.
